Processing Time All orders placed on The Furry Side are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times We ship worldwide! Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 7-15 business days
• Canada & UK: 10-20 business days
• Rest of World: 15-30 business days

Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a flat shipping rate of $4.99.

Lost Or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit please contact us immediately at support@thefurryside.com and we will make it right!
